maybe some of us want to prevent other users to change our favorite wallpaper
but how will you do that?

first of all make sure that you are using COMPUTER ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT it means you have all the privilege like installing new software to your computer.

then create another account for the other users, make sure this account is LIMITED ACCOUNT

after you made account for the other users, go back to your account (computer administrator) then:

1. go to START MENU
2. click RUN
3. type "gpedit.msc" w/o apostrophy, press ENTER. then you will be prompted to GROUP POLICY WINDOW
4. under USER CONFIGURATION click ADMINISTRATIVE TEMLATES
5. then choose CONTROL PANEL
6. inside control panel folder click DISPLAY
7. double click "prevent changing wallpaper"
8. at the pop-up window you will see three choices not configured, enabled and disable
9. choose ENABLED then click APPLY

now you can prevent other user to change your favorite wallpaper
